For non-US passports, the visa fees are $30, $45, $60 and $90 (see here for details or use cost calculator). Rush (1-day) service is not available for two-year multiple visa. For document authentication, the service fee is $27.45 (regular), $38.70 (express) or $49.95 (rush). The cosular fee is $20 (general) or $40 (property related or commencial documents). (Note: The consulate no longer provides rush service for property related or commencial documents since 2006/12/01). Our service fee for travel certificate is the same as for visa application.

1. Consular fees (charged by Chinese Consulate)

These fees are subject to changes by the Chinese consulate (visa fees are much lower than listed below for non-US passports). You will pay the actual cost if it is different from those listed below.

We advise you to contact us first if you are close to your travel date. We can give you advice to help you make the right choice, although sometimes that means we will make less money.

4. Promotions

We currently offer 25% off service fee or $7.50 off each passport (coupon code "LUCKYONE"). Discount applies to every item (passport) in your order. You may use only one coupon code per order.

5. Method of payment

We accept money order, check and credit card payments. For express or rush service, please use money order or credit card. You may pay all fees as shown on the online order confrimation page in a single payment (money order or check should be made payable to "YWPW Services"). You may also choose to make two payments: pay the consular fee to "Chinese Consulate in Houston" (the consulate accepts money order only) and the rest to our agency.

Please note, if the payment is in check, documents may be mailed back to you after the check is cleared (5-7 business days). There is a $30 charge for a check that is returned. For credit card payment, there is a 3.5% transaction fee (2.5% with google checkout). (why?)

Money order may be purchased at local post office ($1.05) or stores like Wal Mart.

6. Mailing address

The mailing address will be printed on the online order confirmation page. Please save a copy of the order confirmation for your record.
