The notary service is available to people holding Chinese passports only. If you are not a Chinese citizen, please follow the authentication process (in English). People seeking notary from the Chinese consulate have two options: 1). come in person and sign before the consul. 2). If you could not come in person, you may notarize your document before an American "notary public", then go through the authentication process (in Chinese). For authentication, you don't have to come in person and we can assits you if you live in the southern 8 states. Please see the Chinese page for details.
