| [Customer] I asked for my shipping address IN CHINESE to taped on the package. I even included it, already printed out, with the documents that I sent you all. It was not put on the package. And now my Fedex package is lost in Shanghai, and they speak only Chinese when you call. If it was not possible to do something as small as tape the address on the package, I would've liked to have been told.
[YWPW] FedEx tracking showed customer not available for the first attempt. It was delivered the next day. It is our standard procedure to put Chinese address on the envelope, and we confirmed with our staff that the Chinese address was put onto the envelope. We sent the following email to customer after the package was delivered: 1. FedEx tracking indicating the package was delivered. Did you receive it? 2. It is our standard procedure to put Chinese address on the envelope. Did you find the Chinese address on the envelope? Thank you for your feedback in advance, which will help us determine if our staff followed the procedure. We did not get a reply from the customer. | ||
