Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their order at any time before they mail their documents, and we will issue a full refund for any payment received.
After customers mail their documents and before we submit to the Consulate for processing, customers may still cancel their order and get refund for their payment(s), less the fee for shipping documents back.
Customer may not cancel their order after we submit the documents to the Consulate, or if the visa application is denied.

Shipping policy

When placing the order, customers select the method for shipping documents back. The rates are predefined and are available online during the order. Documents will be shipped as soon as we pick up from the Consulate, usually within an hour but no more than 24 hours.

When customer supplys a prepaid envelope for returning shipping, we recommend use a method with tracking or delivery confirmation.

The shipping fees only apply to 48 US continental states. For all other areas or even within the 48 states, if the actual shipping cost is excessively higher than listed, you will pay the actual cost of shipping and we may not ship your documents back before payment is received.

Responsibility

While mailing services are generally very reliable, lost mails do happen from time to time. We will not be responsible for documents lost during the mailing process. However, we will provide all tracking information or confirmation of delivery once they are available to us.

The customer should contact us as soon as possible (within a week) regarding any suspected mail loss, either shipping to us or back to the customer.

For US citizens, a 1-year multiple visa is as easy to get as a single visa, and costs the same.

Frequent travelers, please make sure you have at least one blank visa page.

You may make a single payment to us for consular fee, service fee and shipping.
