The Consulate's Office hour is 9:00-11:30am and 1:30-3:00pm, Monday to Friday, except holidays (a mix of Chinese and US holidays).

Getting to the Consulate

• From North Houston, take I-45 South, exit at Allen Parkway and go west on Allen Parkway Studemont St., then make a left at Montrose and go south. The consulate is at the second street after Westheimer on your left. If you miss the Allen Parkway exit, go to US 59 South and exit at Fannin.
• From I-10 East or I-10 West, exit to I-45 South, then follow the directions there. Since there is only a very short distance after you get on to I-45 before you should exit, it may be better for you to continue on I-45 South, then go to US 59 South and exit at Fannin.
• From West or Southwest Houston, take 59 North, exit at Main St., turn right on to Main St., go to the water fountain and make a sharp right turn onto Montrose. Go north, the consulate is on your right shortly after you pass West Alabama.
• From Northeast Houston or Bush Intercontinental airport, take 59 South. After you pass downtown, exit at Fannin Street. When you reach Fannin, go straight and then turn left onto Main Street. When you reach a water fountain, turn right onto Montrose. Go north, pass US 59 (under the bridge), the consulate is on your right shortly after you pass West Alabama.

Parking Park on street only. Do not park in parking lots of stores or shopping centers near the consulate, otherwise your car may be towed! The tow car drivers are watching on you! You need to pay $120 to get your car back.
