At this time the details are not yet clear, since some of the "new requirements" imposed since April were actually not new -- they were there always, but just enforced more strictly. We will bring you more information as it becomes available.

Here are the changes (will update as more information is available):

1. Flight and hotel reservation no longer required (however, it is best to provide flight reservation for rush service).
2. For family visit, no need to provide kinship document.
3. Business visa no longer requires visa notificantion letter/form, but a invitation letter is needed. A letter from your company stating the purpose of your trip may also work in some cases.
4. Non-US citizens can now apply for single or double entry visa in US.

At YWPW Chinese Visa Service, we are doing the best we can to help you with your visa application. During the last several months, while some consulates insists on a kinship certificate or formal invitation for family visit, we have worked out with the consulate to waive the kinship requirement and instead just write note on the visa application form.
